dblSure · Standards and accreditation management

Standards and accreditation management software

Every accreditation asks for the same thing at audit time: current policies, staff who have read them, and evidence that the work was done. dblSure collects that evidence as it happens, keeps each document under version control with named approvers, and tells you before a certificate or document expires. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 come ready to use, with ISO 31000 for risk management guidance, and you can load any other standard or scheme of your own.

How it works

How dblSure handles it

1

Evidence against every requirement

Link evidence to each clause and control as the work happens, and see at a glance which requirements still have none.

2

Policies approved, then acknowledged

Each policy and procedure is revised and approved by the people you name. Ask staff to read and acknowledge the approved version, with reminders before the due date you set.

3

Expiries you hear about in time

Certificates and documents carry their expiry and review dates, and notifications go out before anything lapses.

4

Audits and certificate cycles

Run internal audits, raise their findings as issues, and keep each certificate with its surveillance and recertification visits.

5

Share with customers and auditors

Give a customer doing due diligence your certificate and key policies, or your certification body the documents under review, through a restricted portal. They see only what you share.

6

Your own standards and requirements

Write a standard of your own, such as a customer code of practice, or add controls and required records of your own to an ISO standard.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which standards does dblSure support?
ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 are loaded and ready to use, and ISO 31000 is there for risk management guidance (organisations are not certified to it). Any other standard, scheme or code of practice can be added as your own, with its clauses, controls and required records.
Does dblSure certify my organisation?
No. Certification is granted by an accredited certification body. dblSure keeps the records that body audits, and tracks your certificate with its surveillance and recertification visits.
Can customers and auditors see our documents?
Only the ones you share. You invite them to a restricted portal as guests, choose exactly which documents each one sees, and can withdraw access at any time. They never see the rest of dblSure.
Does dblSuite work offline?
No. dblSuite runs in your web browser and needs an internet connection.
