How the apps connect.

Linking is opt-in and lives on top of each app's own data. The app that owns a record stays its system of record; other apps simply reference it and resolve a live card on read — so a supplier, product or site is described once and stays current everywhere it's used.

A product’s components reference the suppliers that make them — open a product to see its supply chain, or a supplier to see everything they provide.

A pricing scenario links the product it prices and reads its packaging spec, so the freight leg of the landed cost comes from the real carton — not a guess.

Warehouse items link to the products they represent, so stock on hand is always tied to the real product record.

Confirmed sales orders drive picking and dispatch in the warehouse, and shipment status flows back to the order.

Every asset is linked to the site it lives on, so a site’s full inventory of equipment travels with it.

Sites reference the suppliers and contractors that service them, so compliance is visible where the work happens.
