How dblCheck works
dblCheck covers three registers. Deliverables track the work that has to land: owners, due and review dates, task breakdowns, and documents that carry revisions through a submit and approve workflow, so there is never a question about which version was signed off, by whom, or when.
Issues drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) through to closure, and risks are assessed on a consistent two-axis scale, so risk means the same thing in every part of the business. A deliverable that hits trouble can raise a risk or an issue directly.
All three registers can cover a whole entity or individual programs, each with its own members and automatic reference numbers. Risks and issues raised in dblBase, dblSource, dblSure, dblTeam and dblUp can be linked here, giving leadership one ranked view of what needs attention.
