Risk, issue & deliverable management Coming soon
dblCheck
The suite’s governance centre — track deliverables through to approved, log issues and drive corrective actions (CAPA), and assess risk on a consistent two-axis taxonomy across every app you run.

What dblCheck is.
dblCheck is the governance layer of the suite, and it covers three registers. Deliverables track the work that has to land: owners, due and review dates, task breakdowns, and artifacts that carry revisions through a submit-and-approve workflow so there is never a question about which version was signed off, by whom, or when.
Issues drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) through to closure, and risks are assessed on a consistent two-axis taxonomy — so risk means the same thing in every corner of the business. A deliverable that hits trouble can raise a risk or an issue directly, keeping the thread intact.
All three registers can be scoped to a whole entity or to individual programs, each with its own membership and auto-numbered references. And because risks and issues raised in any other app roll up here, dblCheck gives leadership one ranked, organisation-wide view of what needs attention.

Better together
How dblCheck links.
dblCheck works on its own — but its records link to the apps around it over the shared backbone. The app that owns a record stays its system of record; others simply reference it and resolve a live card on read, so nothing is copied and everything stays current.
