How dblUp works
dblUp is a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS). Keep a live register of every asset: where it is, what it is worth, how critical it is, its maintenance schedule and its performance over time, with photos, documents, tasks and comments on each record.
Maintenance falls due on a date or on usage, measured from meter readings, and work orders record what was done with its cost and downtime. Depreciation, by any of four methods, gives each asset a current book value.
Locations can be managed in dblUp itself or linked to the sites you already run in dblBase, so a site’s equipment travels with it through inspections and audits.
