App prices above are per user, per month. Two things change what you actually pay.

Third-party guests
USD 7.00/ guest / month

3 free guests per subscribed app, then the rate above. Suppliers, staff and partners lodge documents, images and certifications through a restricted portal — they never need a full seat and see nothing else in your data.

Multi-app discount
40%off at 5+ apps

Applied per user, on that user's per-app charges: 2 apps 10%, 3 apps 20%, 4 apps 30%, 5 apps 40%. A user on one app pays list.

How pricing works

Pay for what you use.

Per user, per app

Only the people who hold an app pay for it. No seat minimums, and no charge for the shared backbone — a user on one app pays that app's price and nothing more.

Every entity included

Sites, divisions and countries all live under one account. Run as many entities as you have — there is no charge per location or business unit.

Month to month

Billed monthly and cancelled any time, with access until the end of the period you've paid for. Turn an app off and its charge stops with it.

Application storage pricing

The first 5GB of storage is free. Storage above 5GB is charged at 10 cents per GB per day. Storage includes documents, images, and other attachments uploaded to dblSuite applications.
