How dblSource works
dblSource is where your supply base lives. Onboard new suppliers and contractors through a structured intake, record their contacts and sites, and hold every compliance document together: certificates of currency, licences and accreditations. Expiry tracking warns you before anything lapses.
Score supplier performance over time and keep a full audit trail of who changed what. Invite suppliers and contractors into a secure portal where they maintain their own details and upload the documents you ask for, so your records stay current without the chasing. Connect Xero or QuickBooks Online to send approved suppliers to your accounting system and bring existing ones in.
Keep each supplier’s contracts with their term, value and notice period, and get renewal reminders before a notice deadline passes. Record what each supplier charges and see how its prices have moved, with a price line linkable to a dblFeature product or a dblSpace item.

dblSource works on its own, and its records link to other dblSuite applications. The application that owns a record stays its system of record. The others point to it and show its current name and status.
Suppliers in dblFeature link to their dblSource records, so the supplier behind each of a product’s components shows its current name and status. A supplier price line can link to a dblFeature product.
Warehouse suppliers link to their dblSource records, and a supplier price line can link to a dblSpace item.
Assets record the dblSource supplier that provided them.
Supplier risks and issues can be linked into dblCheck's ranked register.
