How dblVision works
dblVision is a sample catalogue. Each sample is recorded against what it was taken from: a product, or a site or sampling point such as a bore, a tank or a production line. It carries its batch or lot, where it is stored, and a printable label with a QR code that opens the record on a phone.
Every product and site has its own parameters and limits, so a pH reading or a microbial count is checked the moment it is entered and an out-of-specification result is flagged straight away. Stability studies plan their pull points from the start date, remind the owner as each pull falls due, and line the results up across the study.
Customer reports and defect reports are logged as samples too, with a category, a severity, photos, video and documents, so a complaint about a leaking pump sits with the retained sample from the same batch. The dashboard shows sample volumes by week, open reports, recent failures and the pulls coming due.
