How dblTeam works
dblTeam manages people. Hold personnel records with field-level encryption for sensitive personal information, group your people by department with a role for each, and run the full certification lifecycle (issue, expiry, renewal and upload of current documents) alongside training. One list shows every licence, training refresh and personal document coming up for renewal.
Licences such as high risk work licences are tracked the same way as any other certification, with warnings before they expire. Staff keep their own records current through the same secure portal used across dblSuite, uploading documents and photos without needing a full user seat.
