dblTeam manages people. Hold personnel records with field-level encryption for sensitive information, model your departments and positions, and run the full certification lifecycle — issue, expiry, recertification and re-entry of current documents — alongside training and competency tracking.

Staff maintain their own records through the same secure collaborator portal used across the suite, uploading documents and images against their personnel record without needing a full seat.
