ISO 9001 software for quality management systems

ISO 9001 audits come down to two questions: are your procedures current and approved, and can you show they are followed. dblSure loads ISO 9001:2015 with every clause, its requirements and the documented information it asks for. Each procedure is revised and approved by the people you name, staff can be asked to acknowledge it, and evidence is linked to each requirement as the work happens.

How it works

How dblSure handles it

1

Controlled documents

Every revision is kept, approved by named approvers, and the approved one is the one in force. Superseded versions stay on record.

2

Evidence against every requirement

Link records, files and approvals to each requirement, and see at a glance which still have none.

3

Objectives and management review

Set quality objectives with their measures and due dates, and hold management reviews with their attendees, inputs and decisions on record.

4

Linked to the rest of your quality work

Supplier risks and issues from dblSource, and site, asset and personnel ones from dblBase, dblUp and dblTeam, link into the register your quality management system reviews.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does dblSure certify my organisation?
No. Certification is granted by an accredited certification body. dblSure keeps the records that body audits, and tracks your certificate with its surveillance and recertification visits.
Can we add requirements of our own to ISO 9001?
Yes. ISO 9001 itself stays as published, but you can add controls and required records of your own on top of it, marked as yours and seen only by your organisation. They show on every management system on the standard and are decided, evidenced and approved like the rest.
We already have procedures in Word. Do we start again?
No. Upload each existing procedure as the first version of its document and submit it for approval. From then on, new versions go through the same approval.
Does dblSuite work offline?
No. dblSuite runs in your web browser and needs an internet connection.
