The pack carries its own versioned specification and approvals, a materials library recording the material, recycle code and certification of each component, and pallet and container load plans you can see in 3D.

- Can we decide which documents each stage requires?
- Yes. Set the required documents up once as a stage template and apply it to every product, or assign a document to a stage on one product on its own.
- What happens to a product at the end of its life?
- Retirement is the eighth stage, so a withdrawn product keeps its whole record: every revision, approval and packaging specification stays readable.
- Do suppliers need a paid user seat?
- No. Suppliers provide their documents through a restricted portal as guests. A guest costs a fraction of a user seat, and each subscribed application includes some free guests.
- Does dblSuite work offline?
- No. dblSuite runs in your web browser and needs an internet connection.
